Schultzy’s Announces Fall Harvest Menu

Schultzy's off-premise seafood catering keeps the summer vibe and menu alive all throughout the fall, with delectable shellfish and other special treats for you and your loved ones!

Assortment of pumpkins on fall background

Most of our clients associate Schultzy’s with summer. And we’re certainly grateful for that, as we have had yet another extraordinary season bringing joy and great food to beach parties, backyard barbeques, and special occasions all over Long Island.

But just because the leaves change and the beach towels get put away for the season doesn’t mean we stop cooking. In fact, our core products "the beautiful, natural and delicious shellfish that we hand harvest from Oyster Bay and the Long Island Sound," only taste better as the weather turns cold. Not to mention, Long Islanders don’t exactly hibernate! We take the parties indoors.

So we’re proud to announce the release of our new Fall Harvest Menu, perfect for family occasions, holiday parties, or just a good, old-fashioned feast.

There are pumpkin spiced options such as the Pumpkin Spiced Mussels and Lentil and Goat Cheese Arugula Salad that are sure to satisfy your PS cravings. We’ve added an incredible Kale and Brussels Sprout Salad with Lemon Dijon Dressing, and ridiculously tasty grilled and seasoned Ribeye Steak with olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper. (We tested a few of these options at home. A few times. Okay, maybe more than a few!)

For parties, we have added a full line of passed appetizers that are sure to delight your guests, whether it’s for a big family gathering or holiday party. From baked stuffed clams and roasted oysters to scallops and bacon wraps and mini baked brie cups, you’ll be tempted to fill up, even before the main course.

We’ve been lucky to be part of some of the best summer parties imaginable. There’s nothing quite like a sunset on the beach with a full stomach and great friends. But we’re here to keep the party moving and put smiles on everyone’s face as we count the days to beach weather, together.
